hi dear. there is no cure for split ends. the only way you can avoid this is having regular hair trimming JOOBB_SMILEYVERYHAPPY

chop of your hair and do treatment.
If you can, go to the salon for treatments otherwise buy rich conditioner for you hair to apply it at home.

Remember, do not apply it on your scalp as it will get too oily and you'll have hair loss problem

Good luck.JOOBB_SMILEYSMILE

Post the solution which works for me:P
by navanivashini on 06/19/2010 19:54

well.. i have long hair and i had problems with split ends too.. split ends are caused by dry hair ends.. and this may be due of excessive heat applied to hair or over using products or chemicals.. what you can do to get rid of split ends are
having monthly hair trimming.. or may be once in two month, use a heat protectant when blow drying.. apply olive oil on hair roots every once a week.. and use a mild shampoo.. you can try dove...dove is really good cause it contains natural oil which helps to be healthy.... this works for me JOOBB_SMILEYVERYHAPPY

The best thing for you to do now, is to trim your hair regularly until the split end go away. Use a good shampoo and please also use conditioner, nourish your hair.

The only way to repair your hair is to trim off the split ends and use a moisturizing mask for your hair regularly. A moisturizing, but not heavy, shampoo ( maybe Asience or Pantene ) and a super-conditioning conditioner that penetrates deeply ( Loreal , perhaps ? )should also be used.

If you happen to see split ends, just cut them off yourself using a pair of fine scissors. This way, you'll stop the split end from splitting more and there will be damage done to your hair.

I used to have damaged hair and split ends. But i manage to cure it off.U should get yourself Schwarzkopf damage care shampoo and conditioner. It's really good in repairing hair that had been damaged by excessive chemicals and etc. As for the split ends, you can get yourself a serum for that in most of the beauty saloons or shops that are selling hair range products. Most importantly, if u can get the 3D oil bottle for damaged hair, that will be better.Hope this helps.

Schwarzkopt shampoo : MYR50.00
Serum[split ends] : MYR20-100 depends on wht brand.
3D Oil : MYR50.00

Hi there! stay away from excessive sunlight exposure, cuz it will cause your hair to dry and causing that split ends. Use conditioner after shampoo ok? Hope this helpsJOOBB_SMILEYVERYHAPPY

Occasionally apply some hair treatment to your precious hair! I feel that hair is the most important part of my body and I took great care and extent in maintaining it.

Once heard on a entertainment show that you should not wash hair every single day as it will cost alot of hair drop after all the shampooing. Try washing it alternate days with the shampoos and conditioners while other days juz rinse your hair off the oil and dirt. =)

Post Pantene
by NURUL'AFIFAH on 07/20/2012 08:55

Trimming your hair regularly helps to prevent the end of your hair from splitting. I'm currently using Pantene hair products and so far it works just fine.. I also apply some Ellips hair vitamin on my hair whenever I feel it is necessary. Goodluck to you! JOOBB_SMILEYSMILE
